The following is a schedule of fees for services provided by the Beth Din.
Get
Standard Get ................................................$500.00
Get Delivered Through Agent (Shlichut)...........$750.00
Additional fees may apply for special services. The Beth Din will inform the parties of these costs prior to initiating such services.
Fees may be subsidized or waived based on financial need, or other compelling circumstances. The cost of a get should not be a factor in deciding whether to arrange a get. The Beth Din will never decline to arrange a get solely because of a party’s inability to pay.
Din Torah (arbitration)
Standard din torah with three dayanim.............$300.00 per hour, per side
Din torah with a dayan yechidi (one dayan).......$150.00 per hour, per side
Rates apply to actual hearing time, post hearing judicial deliberations, and preparation of psak (decision). Hearing time fees are based on a minimum of two hours. In special circumstances, rates may be higher (e.g. certain complex commercial litigations that require a dayan with specialized expertise).
Request for modification under section 31 of the rules and procedures.............$200 processing fee (for files opened after March 4, 2010)

Investigation and Issuance of Certificate..........$100.00
Other Jewish Law Consultation Services
The Beth Din may charge clients for other services, such as consultation on the drafting of halachic documents such as shtarei iska, on a case by case basis.
